Alphabet Soup with Google chucks and Dewy Decimal Facebook. 1984

Google is Indexing your Facebook App.

In efforts to make SEO (Search Engine Optimization) better, Google and Facebook have teamed to allow your Facebook pages, post, pictures, comments and whatever going back as far as 2007 to be indexed for Google searches. Facebook has implemented Google App Indexing to ensure it continues to get the traffic as shift to mobile devices continue to soar. So all those post you thought were just on FB and just for those that you had selected to see, may not be so hidden anymore.

The details are still only in generic public advisory rights or legalese , but it has been confirmed that social medias content has been allowed to be publicly gathered for search engines. This SEO benefits both Google and Facebook in continuing to grow traffic and cross cultural tie in with each companies and their subsidiaries and their interest.

Recall back a few years ago when you decided to rant and rave about a post and let go with both barrels to really tell that “poster” off and give your gut opinion in a very edgy and colorful fashion, WELL, that comment can now be indexed for all to see. Truly what goes into the internet stays on the internet. Were those steamy conversations in messages just between you and your recipient you thought were private, going to be public now. Maybe or maybe not, but they are tracked and phished for information. Have you read your disclosures lately, especially your messenger rights. You don't own anything, you type, post or submit and should expect nothing to be private. Period.

Now does Google or Facebook really want to know what you are saying...well, yes. Why? Because they want to know who you are, what you do, where you go, what you buy and what makes you tick, so they can sell your information and content to those that want to sell you a product or service that fits your niche. So in a nut shell, and I am sure you have heard or read this before, Microsoft is tracking you, even when you turn off all the modes, you are still being tracked by Microsoft. (tons of articles out there on Windows 10), Google search engine is tracking you, Facebook is tracking you, and now Alphabet is tracking you.

What the Alphabet you ask, everything Google. Google became a new holding company called Alphabet, an umbrella holding company of ( a new smaller company called Google that consist of search, ads, maps, apps, Youtube and Android and “RELATED” technical infrastructure), Calico, Nest, Fiber and investing arms, Google Ventures, Google Capital and many incubator projects, Google X and lets not forget a new subsidiary named Merger Sub, owned by Google but a separate entity.

What is Calico, try a company that plans to “focus on curing death”, Oh you mean a pharmaceutical company. Well thats good right? Sure, now didn't you post stuff on FB back in 2009 concerning chest pains and your smoking… lets see, would an insurance company or pharmaceutical company want to know that in calculating your premiums or medications. Sure they would, guess who has both. Google..I mean Alphabet! I could go on an on but I think you get the idea of what and why they want your data. Next and X Labs are experimental companies that get involved in projects like self driving cars and governmental research on genetic mutations of food sources, etc. Ok, I am making that up…. Or am I. Google it for yourself, just use the words Life Sciences and calico.

"Nothing was your own, except the few centimeters inside your skull."  George Orwell 1984

Happy knowlege seeking!  Don't forget, they are tracking you, searching them!"
